Our experience at the Victoria Phan Thiet was quite mixed. While the beach front location is lovely and the bungalows have potential, the overall execution left much to be desired. The dining options were particularly disappointing, leading us to seek meals elsewhere. Despite the friendly staff, the language barrier and lack of service added to our frustrations. Overall, I can't recommend this place based on our stay.

Our stay at this resort was absolutely delightful! We found everything we needed without even stepping outside the property. The beach villas had stunning views and peaceful surroundings, and the dining was excellent with plenty of options. While the beach itself wasn't ideal for swimming, we enjoyed the pools thoroughly. A small setback with our room was quickly addressed by the management, who even graciously offered us complimentary massages to make up for it. Overall, a fantastic experience with a few minor drawbacks.
